Return and Refund
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Returns are conditional. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will inform you of the details. Please note that we do not accept items returned without a prior return request.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the problem.
Refund
We will notify you whether your refund is approved after receiving and inspecting your returned item. If approved, please provide your PayPal account as soon as possible, and we will refund you to your PayPal account within 15 business days. Please remember that we only accept refunds via PayPal and do not accept refunds via other methods.
